On April 2019 (when django 2.2 LTS is out). Maybe sooner, but I can't promise anything.

Wait, the only reason there's no support for django +2.0 is because I would have to drop support for Django 1.8. But Django 1.8 has reach EOL on April 2018, so I can safely drop support it. Ok , I'll add support for django 2.1 this weekend

@nitely I just wanted to ask when you will release the spirit that's compatible with django 2.1

All done. I just released it. It seems to work well (all tests pass), but please report any issue.

I have installed the the new spirit and it's working great, one thing though, there is no settings file so i used the old one.

Now that you mention it, I haven't tested the install procedure. But travis (the CI thing) do that IIRC. Settings are here [0] and they are copied when creating a project by running spirit startproject mysite.
